Two Days of Training
Adventure at Noosa
* Improve your skills and efficiency in Swimming, Mountain Biking, Trail Running and Transitions for Cross Triathlon.
* Further your knowledge of appropriate training strategies for Cross Triathlon by putting some of these to the test. Further your understanding of the nutrition requirements for Cross Triathlon and the implications for training, racing and recovery.
* Meet and train with a group of ‘like-minded’ athletes who love to take on new exciting and different challenges.

Day 1 - Saturday 12th December
Session 1 - Ocean Swim – Open water swimming – warm up and swim tips for
off-road triathlons, and transitions
Session 2 - Trail Run – Run efficiency & technical adaptations for trail running
Session 3 - MTB – Refining MTB Skills & Training Tips
Social – Join us for a free drink (wine, beer or bubbles) and some nibbles courtesy of the Noosa Tri Club
Day 2 Sunday 13th December
Session 1 - Transitions – Putting it all together – practice makes perfect.
Session 2 – Off-Road Course– ‘ride and run the trails at speed’ or ‘going the distance’.
Session 3 - Staying on the Trail – Tips & basic bike maintenance for keeping you out on the trail.
The Wrap – Post Training Recovery Session at a local café.
Training Camp Cost $200
